Glue half of Mishkan Page on the other half of the blank paper.
Step 3
Cut out Cloud Over Mishkan Page and line up the pictures. The top half of the Cloud over Mishkan page cut out glue in place as it is lined up.The bottom half fold up to the top see next picture.
